The slight wood aging gives this Trebbiano added aromatic complexity and structure. Honey, vanilla and toasted hazelnut harmonize with ripe peach, melon and pineapple. On the palate it is strong, with juicy acidity, and ends with a delicate bitterness that gives it an extra dimension.

|Producer:||Fattoria Nicodemi / Fam. Nicodemi|
|Soilconditions :||Mixed limestone and clay|
|Enjoymentmaturity:||2-5 years after harvest|

|Vinification:||The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully destemmed and gently pressed. Then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18 to 20 °C, so the flavors can be truly expressed. A small portion (about 10%) is fermented in oak barrels. Over a period of 4 months, the yeast is regularly stirred up (bâtonnage) to give the wine more complexity. After bottling, it is stored for a further 4 months in the Fattoria.|
