Garnet colour with purple hues. The nose is intense and complex with black fruit such as blackberry and cherry, and the vanilla-oaky side is well integrated into the blend. The palate is structured and rich with fine-grained tannins. Persistent and fresh finish of crisp fruit, sweet spices and balsamic.

|Vinification:||After hand picking and careful transport in the cellar, the grapes are cold soaked for 2 days at 12°C. Temperature-controlled fermentation with frequent pumping over. Post fermentation maceration for 14 days to extract colour and tannins. After malolactic fermentation, the young wine is aged for 15 months in new oak barrels, 95% American and 5% French. Before bottling, a light clarification with egg whites is performed and then the wine is rested for 12 months before being released.
