Dark, dense purple. The nose presents a wonderfully complex and intense bouquet; toasted bread, smoke, dark chocolate, blackberries and candied fruits. The body is of solid, strong structure and already has well-integrated tannins. Rich, smooth and seductive on the palate and after some time this monumental wine opens to reveal its full potential.

During this time the cap is manually submerged daily to reach an optimum tannin and colour extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the young wine spends a maturation period of 22 months in French Allier barrels of 450l capacity.|
